I would imagine that some of the fat is absorbed by the chicken, though a lot ends up in the drip tray of the BBQ. If you removed the skin, I think it may dry out too much. To remedy that, you could try covering with foil, though I think the fat gives it some of the flavour.

It's really easy. You usually get a plastic cup with the rice cooker. Lets say you are cooking for 2 people. For me and Rangi, I put 3 cups of rice and then, 6 cups of water (you must use the same cup that you used for the rice). Once you have filled you rice cooking with the rice and water, just click the cook button. I like to put a drop of olive oil so that the rice does not stick too the pan.

It takes about 30 to 45 minutes for 3 cups of rice to cook. Once cooked, the rice cooker automatically clicks to warm, so it keeps your rice hot and ready for serving.

1 x cup of rice = 2 cups of water
2 x cups of rice = 4 cups of water
3 x cups of rice = 6 cups of water.
> There is a great demand for mexican fried rice

@alexwald: Yeah the olive oil makes the shake more nutritionally balanced. The macros are ~50/30/20 carbs/protein/fat respectively.

Personally I tweak rangi's original ingredients and use flax seeds instead of the olive oil, but they do change the taste and consistency of the shake.

@rangi500: Thanks for the pointers on whey flavours, and welcome back!

Hey Snacks, glad you like it! I'm just back from 3 months in Spain where I didn't have a blender, so really looking forward to getting back into my shakes routine tomorrow morning.

I like to use banana or vanilla flavour normally, but chocolate flavour can work well with this shake too.
