Description

I'm the kind of man that likes to come home and cook something easy and quick, so schnitzel is my number one dish.

This dish is originally from Austria but very popular in my native country Germany. You can schnitzelise anything you want, pork, chicken, veil etc.. Whatever meat you choose it will be delicious. My favourite is pork.

Schnitzel is such an easy meal to make and goes well with a side salad, potato salad, and a slice of lemon.

What I love about this dish is the texture of the breadcrumbs and meat together. So filling and very satisfying.
