4/5 Ripe Bananas
1 1/2 cups of Self raising flour
Banana Colouring
50g Butter

This is a tasty banana cake, very easy and the result is just fantastic! Try adding some walnuts, basins or dried fruits, to add extra flavour to the cake.
Ideal for using up bananas that you've kept for a bit too long.
