Pop over to your local fish market because this recipe is best cooked with fresh king prawns.
Prawns in general should not be cooked for a long period of time because it goes dry, so follow the recipe as closely as possible. You should end up with soft succulent tasty prawns.
My mum taught me this recipe when I was in my teens, which I love to cook now for my lovely Lorrena.
King Prawns are ideal for BBQs or starters and is so light that you want to keep on eating more.
