3 courgettes
1 jar pesto
1kg Calimari pasta
1 clove garlic

This is actually the first time I've ever cooked swordfish and I usually find courgettes quite boring, never really cook with them but this recipe has completely won me over. Its so easy to make too! Made it from an authentic italian recipe instructed by my friend Filippo (italian version also on the site) I've followed his instructions and ended up with a fab quick and easy to make dish, perfect for those nights when you rush home from work, starving with no energy! By the way the swordfish was a bit frozen here which is why it looks weird but turned out good in the end! Hope you guys enjoy this as much as I did - thanks for sharing Filippo! ax
