In a wok, I drop in a little bit of sunflower oil, and then fry chopped onion and garlic with the Quorn Pieces. Then I add broccoli, carrots and sweetcorn (and any other vegetables I can get my hands on!) with garlic, ginger, chilli flakes and coriander. When it’s all hot and cooked through I splash on soy sauce, and serve with rice noodles. I like my veggies crispy, but if you prefer yours softer, boil them first – but not for too long! - before stir-frying. The chicken style pieces are great in Indian curries too!
