For the Sauce:
2 tsp Oyster Sauce
Sesame oil
2 tsp light soya sauce
2 tsp sweet soya sauce
2 tsp of corn flour mixed with 1 cup of water
1 Chicken Stock

1 tbp of Olive oil - for cooking
2 large sliced Onions (red or white)
4 gloves of Garlic chopped
1 large Pak Choi
1 Chinese cabbage
1 English Cabbage
300g of Raw deveined King Prawns
Pinch of Salt and Pepper (optional)
A great tasting Chinese dish. Why get a takeaway when you can make this great dish at home. Healthy and very tasty, dripping with flavour.
If you don’t like prawns these can be removed for a tasty Chinese Vegetable stir fry
